Randy Alcorn is a best-selling author of the book, “Heaven.” His ministry, Eternal Perspective Ministries, was looking to refresh its brand and rethink the old site’s confusing navigation system. We met with their team, developed personas to represent their primary audiences, and designed a brand strategy and a user experience for their site that would make the vast amount of online resources more accessible and easier for visitors to find and consume.
